Just starting with Randy he was very helpful with mitigation process which was done with a water damage company. He worked with them and my insurance adjuster before worked started. He is just starting reconstruction I will report back to you.

Came to my house, received my insurance paperwork beginning of January. Never heard from him again. He never sent me the quote I asked for or responded to any of my emails. My house is still currently destroyed from a flood that happened in December, meaning I have no way to take a bath or shower, no oven or microwave and no bathroom sink. Or flooring, or ceiling in those rooms. Wasted time I could have used to find a contractor sooner.

Scheduled him to come out and provide a bid but he mixed up the dates and when he failed to show up and I called to check if he was still coming, instead of working through the mixup (it was his error) he was rude and unprofessional.

I don't know how people like this stay in business and I'm very grateful to NOT be in business with Heritage.

Don't bother with these guys, better off hiring anyone else. Gave them the information they needed, then they spent the next month and a half screening phone calls and ignoring voicemails. Not a clue what I did wrong. But I know they're not worth it. Ended up getting somebody else to do the job. Don't bother with these jokers.
