*update* REPLY to Kent's reply: those were not my words at all. And that is NOT at all how the conversation went, Kent. And you know this. You got extremely snippy and when I asked you to meet or to please research further, you told me to go ahead and go with another company and you slammed the phone. I know this bc i kept saying "hello", and had you on speaker with my realtor. Please stop putting up this front, you were very hateful, and I have made sure to let lots of locals know. My realtor who heard the whole thing made sure to let other realtors know. Do better, Kent. Have a good day, Kent!

Please Believe me, you can find a better premium than his promoted $40,0000 on dauphin island, despite peak hurricanseason. Including WIND. This guy is a scam.

Just called and Kent answered. I told him my name, and that I bought a home on dauphin island. He didn't even talk it put or try to help, he said insurance would cost me around $30-$40,000 a year. I shopped around and got quoted $7,000 at one place, and another was $10,000 a year. They actually spoke to me and got more information from me, found out I'm a student, no mortgage, and got us the BEST insurance. I am assuming Kent was having a bad morning today. I was eager after reading the reviews on his firm and how "friendly" he supposedly is, but that was not my experience today. We weren't on the phone but a total of 45 seconds before he told me to go with one of the other insurance companies bc they quoted me less, and then he actually hung up on me. I am shocked but pleased that we found the right company in the long run.

I needed a short notice home insurance quote because we were closing on a home in four days and the insurance company we had used for years was giving us an exorbitant premium. He only needed to ask a handful of relevant q’s (not 20 min of ridiculous prying into minutiae) and he had a quote back to us within the hour.
