I've never had a heart to heart with a complete stranger, David made me feel seen and heard in a time when I needed it most! He was relatable, empathetic and most importantly HONEST! It's not every day you find someone vested in your "best interest" at an insurance company, I am grateful! If I could, I'd give him 10 stars for his excellent customer service.

Horrible messed up my policy put 390$ on my health plan that they convinced me to get and didn’t spread it through my policy. I had to call corporate and David Scott had to redo everything. I wasn’t covered for my tow for a “inactive” policy whole time it was wrong because of what they did my policy was active. Unacceptable and a lot of money out of my pocket. Regretting coming here. They kept telling me to send my receipt. I sent it twice to two different emails kept giving me the runaround. No money reimbursed!
