Do not rent from here. They do not clean the apartment as they promise to. Charge 16,00 per 50 units for garbage fee plus water bill cost and lights. Men hang out on staircase. It reaks of marijuna smoke. Ground kept trashy. They ignore your call have no answer machine. and then charge you for things that are their fault. i was vey disappointed all the way round. I was helping my deaf daughter move to a larger apartment but not at the expense of her safety. Ridiculous and will never recommend anyone here.

The exterior is calming, the details are charming, a great job on the beautification and or cosmetic touches of the property.
But !!!! The water pipe (s) burst in that is connected to my apartment and Ive caught the dickens trying to get it FIXED properly. Poor water pressure, clay(orange sand) is either in my tub, sink or dish washer. I buy water to cook and brush my teeth.
The Property Mgr isnt qualified to be a cashier at Hardee's. And if you call the Main office, don't leave a message because you won't get a return call. I called 2 1/2 months ago and the District Mgr still hasn't returned my call.
I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone !!! Not even to those I dislike .
I rates this place a negative star .
