I’ve been to many eye doctors in my life, having moved a lot. This is the absolute BEST eye doctor and staff I have ever worked with. Every person there treats you like family. I’m new to the area and felt so welcomed! The office is beautiful, the staff is extremely knowledgable and the doctor spent extra time addressing my issues. She told me about treatments id never heard of with thorough explanations of things i could do at home for free, medication and laser options. I had such a great time there and felt so cared for that I’ll recommend them to everyone. Thank you for making my experience so wonderful Highline Eyecare!

I have seen Dr Kortsen on a couple of occasions in the last year. When one of my eyes became quite inflamed I wanted to make an appointment to see her but she was unavailable so I went ahead and made an appointment with Dr. Meyer. In the course of the appointment we covered my history and a number of underlying conditions that I have and their relationship to my eye health. I would rate my experience with Dr Meyer as simply excellent. She listens closely and patiently, framing questions clearly,
It was comfortable and lovely visit and I found her diagnosis clearly explained. What a delight to have met another excellent doctor.

Dr Kortsen has a very nice office. Employees work steady and are friendly. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Lexi Kortsen. She knowledgeable and welcomes questions and provides a through exam.

Dr. Korsten and her staff were great! This was my first visit to Highline. Each person who helped me was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Dr. Korsten diagnosed a reason, and prescribed a new medication, for an eye issue I’ve been living with for years. We will see how the medication works, but I appreciated her awareness and quick and research-informed response when I told her my symptoms. Also, I ordered a new set of frames and lenses in record time. Great experience!

I’ve been to a number of eye clinics in the past. And this is just simply one of the best! Not just the best in Flagstaff, but probably the whole state! Maureen Meyer is an absolute gift to our city! I couldn’t recommend her any higher!

After having been beaten down by the world of electronics, rude, unresponsive young adults and the incessant bad news broadcasts, I walked into Highline Eye Care & Optical. It was like a breath of fresh air!
I was welcomed with bright, sincere, “Hi! How are you?”
This was followed by thorough, professional exams, explanations and suggestions for eye care in the future.
It was the perfect ending to an otherwise pretty upsetting day.
Maureen Meyer was delightfully friendly, warm and competent eye doctor.
Oh, yes, I feel my corrected vision is just great, too!
