I moved up from Oregon a year and a half ago and got a new job that required me to find a new dentist.. I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist from past traumatic experiences so I have been procrastinating finding a new dentist. I heard good things about Hilander so I thought would give it a try. I had my first appointment this morning and it was such a great experience. Brenda was amazing! She was gentle, kind and super friendly. I felt like I had known her for a long time and felt like she had been cleaning my teeth for years! Dr. Young was also very friendly and made my first dental experience in Longview/Kelso go so smoothly. I will definitely be back and will recommend Hilander to everyone! Thank you!

Dr.Jared Seal and his assistant were kind, informative and professional.
Dr. Seal is an absolute expert at injections. Completely painless.
I am 75 years old and have been treated by dentists in some obscure countries. But these guys are the best I have ever experienced!

Semi annual cleaning with a (new to me) hygienist, Jessica. Jessica was amazing. The cleaning was painless, not even an incidental “ gotcha” ! I would highly recommend her for any of your hygienic needs.

The cleaning ended with a quick exam by Dr. Seal. I like this guy too. He has a great chair side manner. I’ve had work done by him previously and will request him for future work.

This was my first time visiting and the first ever dentist appointment for my son. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They made the experience seamless + water and hot towels while I waited between my X-rays and my cleaning! Nobody likes going to the dentist but they made the experience as wonderful as possible.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this business definitely deserves one. I won't say that every visit has been perfect, BUT any issue that we've ever had has been taken care of immediately. I don't dread going to the dentist now that I've found this place. Not only do I go here, my husband does, my daughter does, and my mom and dad both drive up from Vancouver to go here also. Every single person that I come across is always kind and caring. I've worked with Dr Pond and Dr Seal both, and I have to tell you that they're both great so very knowledgeable and kind. I've had several good experiences with the hygienists, Blair really stands out in my mind because she took the time to talk to me and explain things to me and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered. She is so smart! This team really has it all together, and you can tell that they actually genuinely enjoy working together.

I consistently have an excellent experience at this practice. As someone with TMJ, dental visits can be particularly painful and challenging, but the team here is always incredibly compassionate and accommodating. They take great care to work with my condition, ensuring the experience is as comfortable and pain-free as possible. During procedures, when I often experience significant pain and anxiety, their support and kindness make all the difference. I am deeply grateful for their care and cannot recommend them highly enough.
