Wonderful staff, very kind and welcoming from the minute I walked in the door. Office very clean and neat. Dr’s are very patient and knowledgeable. Making sure that you’re comfortable and not in pain. Also making sure that you understand and are comfortable with the plan of care. New to Casper and feel lucky to have found this office!!

My experience with Hilltop family dental had me over the top with joy and comfort. I am here in Casper to attend a wedding yet unfortunately I broke a tooth on my way flying to Casper. Hilltop family dental, were able to schedule me on a short notice and remedy the problem with no pain or suffering, as a matter of fact, I was able to eat dinner on the same day only after a few hours of my appointment. The facility and the staff deserve standing ovation for all the hard work they do and the extra mile they go to please their patience , good job stuff.

Have been a patient here for years. Minor billing issues in the past but done trying to get any answers.
Went in today after asking about a bill that has been changed 3 times now and more excuses.
Talked to the office manager manager Libby who in the past stated that the bill was taken care of but although now is different.
Told her we were leaving because I was done hearing that “this is a software issue”, asked her about what she said and she wouldn’t admit to it.
She finished with, “I am here to listen but can’t do anything.” Rolled her eyes directly in front of me and went back to her computer.
Stood up and cancelled all our future appts and walked out without one apology from one front desk or office employee.
Sad because we loved Olivia in the back and all the doctors. Not fighting with rude and no apologetic front desk or office managers though.

There isn’t a better pair than Alissa and Chloe in all of Wyoming! They both are amazing! They need a raise so you never lose those two amazing women! Quick, smart, and perfect service.

Everyone was cordial and efficient. The only reason I am giving only 2 stars is because they gave me a $368 x-ray without telling me what it was and how much it was!! I'm on social security and I do not have dental insurance. I should have been given the option to NOT have the x-ray. When I checked out I was in total sticker shock!! They said I could go on the payment plan. It just seems to be unethical to put that amount of money on anyone without telling them, especially for something that is not necessary.

I’m mad. First of all I got a tooth extracted on Monday. The dentist said there was an infection. But it was in the tooth. Why he didn’t just give me antibiotic then maybe we wouldn’t be here. Well fast forward to today… I was in severe pain and I have a high pain tolerance. My cheek was puffy and hot to touch. I knew something was wrong so I called here and they got me in in the next 40 mintues. Well the dentist looked over and said I had an infection, plus he was treating me for a dry socket, and it wasnt healing like it should. This was 3 days after. He gave me a script for an antibiotic and some pain medicine. He proceeded to tell me I needed a paper script because he can’t send it electronically so he wrote me scripts. I take it to the pharmacy and they can’t fill them because the scripts weren’t filled out right!! I proceed to drive back to Hiltop and I thought they were on break…. Website says they’re open till 5. I waited a hour. No one ever showed. There was no emergency number. I was in so much pain and didn’t know what to do. So I went to urgent care. And paid money I didn’t have because hiltop messed up. And the doctor was able to send the scripts electronically no problem. Well best med was able to save the day. And I’m home and finally getting some relief.
Sad part of this, is a left a great review when I first went to see them on Monday. I had tooth pain all weekend. And they were able to get me in quick. I get it people make mistakes, but pay attention.

Wonderful place of business. Very clean office. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dr. Matt took his time explaining all options of care and made sure all questions were answered.

Had my first cleaning in way too long. Professional and fun crew. Explained all the things. If you have to go to the dentist- this is the place.
