Ryan Lewis at Holly Springs Real Estate went out of his way to help us. He made getting back to my home state easier! With us coming from out of state to look at properties we needed a realtor who was willing to work with us when we could get there. Ryan was always willing to show us properties when it worked for us, his answer was always Yes I can do that.... he never rushed us when looking at properties, we really appreciated that. We take our time when looking at property, we walk the home, the out buildings, around the land if its walkable 🙂, then re-walk the house etc. he was right there walking all over with us and happily so. Never hurrying us. Ryan previewed property for us, sent photos, called and gave us a honest pros and cons report on properties. That was helpful! He was always in contact with us, never leaving us hanging or not getting back with us quickly. . Things came up as happens in Real Estate (nothing due to Ryan) he was on top of it… working it out and moving things forward. We highly recommend Ryan Lewis At Holly Springs Real Estate! After this office drove away one of the nicest and sweetest agents due to the agents high moral standards, our contract with this office continued until it’s term was up with another appointed agent that never once reached out to even introduce herself.
They came by, grabbed their sign when contract ended, there wasn’t even a phone call to discuss extending for another 6 months which we would not have extended with them due to their lack of actions towards us and what we know now about SOP of this office.
There’s a few real estate offices to choose from, so choose wisely, my friends.
