Lived under them for 3 years. They always gave notice before intending to enter. The 2 repairs needed during my stay (dishwasher/hot water heater) were both handled quickly. Deposit was returned in full.

Not great! I have rented with them for nearly 3 years. Their communication is terrible. They will rarely (if ever) respond to any forms of communication. They do not fix problems, generally pushing them off so they are another tenant's issue. They don't keep their word. If you discuss how something will go, it will definitely not go that way. This property management company is truly just as scummy as the rest of them in Laramie. I would say I don't recommend them, however every place in Laramie is this way. Not a good time 👎

Edit: Been informed that problems have come from the 3rd parties they use, which seems to hinder communication. However, Abel has been great and has since reached out to fix things. Which I appreciate.

I had a pretty good experience as a tenant with this company. Jarin helped me find a place via a virtual tour when I was living across country at the time. Repairs were timely and the offboarding process, although with a few hiccups, was worked out with the help of Jordan and Abel. All around positive experience. If you are a responsible tenant, these guys are a solid place to rent from.

I recently purchased a Home In Laramie, pun intended. The service i received from Jordan and Jarin as my agents was exceptional. There were a great many hurdles to jump through, none of which the team at Home In Laramie came close to falling short of. The team was quick to respond to my inquiries and made the process seamless. We had issues with a lenders mistake which they handled expeditiously so we could close on time. I'm now in a home I love thanks to them.
