I was introduced to Home Street Bank about a year ago. Specifically the San Marcos location! Most big banks have lost the art of customer service, of caring about every customer who walks through the door, no matter their bank account balance. Home Street - San Marcos, in my opinion, has definitely not lost this. They should actually write a book on how to properly treat customers. They are beyond accommodating, so friendly, make you feel like family and help you with every banking need you have. It's worth switching banks if you are not happy with how you are being treated!
