Horrible service. I needed checks, and they asked for my ID. I didnt have my ID because I lost it so I show them a picture of one front and back. Then they say that new policy requires my ID to be on file because the only ID I have on file is the one from my freshman year 6 years ago (not once has anyone mentioned to update it). It is clear that it is me and I even had my passport, social security, security questions, and everything available to give but they still deny. It isn't even about policy, it's about not willing to help.

I love Home Street Bank. I have never had a negative experience. Everyone is very friendly customer service is awesome 👏!!! Love when they have things like note pads, pens, clips for your open bags like potato chips. Thank you for being so awesome!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would, This place should not be a bank. I deposited a "large" amount of money via check via the mobile ap. I was told because it was a "large" amount that it would be held for 5 days. It is now 10 days later and I still don't have the money in my account. I contacted the company that distributed the check who in turn contacted the bank it was written from and they assured me the funds were sent. I called today--10 days later, and spoke with Promise who kept repeating the same thing, "I'm sorry ma'am, because it was a "large" deposit......" If you can't handle large amounts of money, you should NOT be a bank or handling anyone's money. I'm OUT.
