I inherited a property in Memphis, TN that had not been maintained by the estate executors and I'm located 6-1/2 hours away from the property. Hometown Investment Group promptly reviewed the property and made a very fair offer. We encountered a couple of delays with the title transfer process and an unexpected probate court motion in Shelby County, TN. I feared these issues would cause them to back away from the purchase. However, Hometown Investment Group remained patient and completed the purchase without any problems. We were planning to go back home to my country so I and my husband wanted to sell our house quickly. We were worried we would not get a good price for it because we did not do any renovations. I would recommend Deniz and his team at Hometown to anyone who wants to be treated fairly when selling their property. Hometown Investment Group of Memphis are amazing to work with. We had some bad experiences in the past with ‘homes for cash’ type services so we were wary, but gave them a chance. Sooooo glad that we did. Not only did they give us a more than fair price for our house, they worked with us every step of the way to help us with clearing our possessions and moving since they wanted a quick close and we had an illness in the family. They treated us like old friends and that is what we needed, though it was unexpected. They had simple terms with no hidden fees. It was so easy. We highly recommend them and their services.
