Previous Bank of America.
Still slow on customer service, though everyone here is pleasant. There is an actual drive thru (and ATM) available now, which is a dramatic improvement. However, regardless of the amount of customers, the drive thru is slower than a herd of turtles!

I am getting frustrated with Hometrust!! I got name change due to divorce and my son is on account. Policy sucks that he has to come in and sign when all I NEED is to change my name. The hours open is 8-5 ONLY Monday thru Friday, same hours people work. No evening and no weekends!!! NOT GOOD!!! My son is very busy and cannot get in to sign. In the mean time I have an account without my legal name!!!! Ready to switch banks with at LEAST one evening or Saturday hours!!!!!!!!!! And I do not understand the unrealistic reason he had to take time to go in to resign JUSt because of MY name change!!!!!

Had a great visit with James, very polite and knowledgeable. This bank on Brambleton has mostly new members. I really liked the previous staff but everyone moves on I guess.

Very nice people in bank. But beware of Home Trust's unreliable online banking, which has locked me out of my account twice in recent months, mostly because they can't get my password straightened out. And their automated phone service is just as messed up. I've been banking there for ten years and am about to call it quits, due to their inept technology.

I love the staff at this branch,they are so friendly and helpful!!! The manager is so knowledgable and goes out of her way to accomadate and to help!! I drive out of my way to go to this branch and only this branch!!
