More like hope-less. Over promised and under delivered more than you can believe. Poor quality materials. Poor quality workmanship. Scratched brand new decking with fiberon (cannot sand and smooth out scratches) trying to fix the pergola that they put up wrong the first time. Pergola not level. Under deck leaks like a sieve even though we were promised “it’s sealed tight and doesn’t leak”. Promised to be done by July and it is November 6th and still not done. Now we can’t get a response from the owner about fixing and making things right after we heard many promises about “we won’t be done until you are completely happy, even if I have to loose money to do it”. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever. Do not use them or trust this company. We are out a lot of money and time that we will never get back.
