I opened a new checking account today @ this bank. Becky was most helpful in getting me signed up, it was an easy process. Everyone from Becky to the receptionist that welcomed me when I first walked into the Bank couldn't have been more friendly.

I wish I could give this place zero stars!!! Made 3 trips down there and even explained exactly what I needed over the phone! I was given no help at all really. Very upset after 3 trips to the bank. 2 of the trips I was told loan officer would be there and he was not! This bank is a buddy buddy bank and its all about who you are! Do not even waste your time!!!!!

If I could give this place a zero review, I would. I am a pregnant woman trying to get a loan and was forced to sit in there waiting room for three hours only for them to say they wouldn’t help me because they were closed well now you’re closed but yall wasn’t three hours ago when I first got here. very unprofessional would not recommend

If you are using the Foreman location, use the drive thru as much as you can, everyone is respectful but Mrs. Kayla. She is incredibly rude and has no business working at a bank. I would think this bank would have a higher standard. Very disappointed.

We love the staff at Horatio Bank, always willing to go out of their way to help in anyway they can. Loan officers will also go an extra mile to help. Always help in the schools and the community. Thank y'all for all that y'all do!

Horatio State Bank...Never get a loan. They absolutely will not help you in any way with any help or advice except "Pay All Owed" or we sell your car in few days. They as well as the dealer where car bought love to say " You No Pay...We Come Get It".....Same at car dealers. They get that $1000.00 again also when they refuse to give proper documents which prevents you from obtaining a tag, and allows them to repossess...I will never Bank, or refer anyone to borrow money from them.......
