This is our 3rd time refinancing with HPI! Jeff is not just friendly and honest, but also very professional and knowledgeable. He has given us full attention and responded to us whenever we called or emailed him immediately. Alexis also is great to work. HPI Financial provided exactly what was agreed upon originally.The end result was a refinance with a very low interest rate and minimal closing costs, no hidden surprises! This is largely due to Jeff & Alexis always keeping me in the loop and going the extra mile to insure everything would go smoothly.Although I was difficult at times, they were really patient with me. Very content with entire process & result!!!
