I lived at Eva Estates for 3 years and my experience was great! The apartment was nice and cozy. It was dog friendly and competitively priced. Management was friendly and personable. They didn't play games or hold up my security deposit on move-out. I would definitely recommend them!

I'm a single parent, the struggle is very real for all of us now, and Jennifer from hpi makes things so possible if you just communicate what your needs and wants are. She is very easy to work with. We use to rent from Hpi had bad experiences do to a previous employee, 9 months later having Paul and Jennifer being back in charge and running things fully again i was amazed with the fact they reached out to us to fix said problems from 9 months ago they handled everything so well i would actually say id rent from them again now. thank you!

Jennifer and her Team was great!!! My Year living their was great!! No issues, and when something I needed repaired which wasn't much at all it was done in a timely manner. I would recommend HPI Property Management and their properties to anyone!!!

Edit: The issue seems that it was with the maintenance guy failing to communicate as well as downplay the issues we had, but after the owners came and checked it out themselves got everything set to correcting it as well as apologizing for it. Paul and Jennifer got on top of everything after seeing that the issue was a real issue which is greatly appreciated how quickly they started to work on resolving it after seeing the carpet.
