Great customer service!! Called to inquire about a property I noticed online and Sonya addressed all my questions with a professional tone even after all the questions I had regarding the unit. The lady who initially answered (I believe her name was Anita) was sweet as well. I plan to use them in the future!

Make sure you give a 60-day notice if you ever want to rent from HS properties because they'll keep your deposit even though you're a good renter and left the apartment clean just another way for property managers to keep people's money sickening. That's what the manager Sonya said

I will give 0 star if I could,my husband stopped by and asked how long we should give notice before we move,whoever works in the office said we only need give 30days notice,which is a huge lie! They will try their best to keep your deposit!

Great experience getting into my apartment as fast as possible, me and my little one needed a place to go and they helped me figure out exactly what I needed I order to get in asap. And Sonya is literally the sweetest. I will definitely be renting from them in the future

I currently have a mouse problem. I've lived here since October 2020 when Mark Hoagland owned these duplexes. he then sold em to this company in 2022 i believe..
he was quick to help when I had any issues. this started early this month, I could hear em in the walls. being a responsible tenant I called HS properties and told them. she said she would send someone out here, until then just get some traps. nobody ever came. I Called and asked for an update and I still don't have an answer. since my phone call, I've caught 5 mice. FIVE. not even an hour ago I heard one again. IN MY CHAIR that I got from my grandmother after she passed away. I turn the chair over and the there was 2 big holes from where they chewed. I sliced the rest of the bottom open and saw 2 mice. I went ahead and tossed it out. on the way to the dumpster, 5 more ran out. I've never dealt with a mouse problem in the entire time I've lived here!! a woman in the office wanted to claim that Mark told her my duplex was a hoarding situation...when in fact it was the one next door..which has since then been beautifully remodeled. I don't want to get evicted, I'm not a hoarder, I keep my house fairly clean. I just think they could do a better job at keeping their word when they say they're gonna send someone out here. when Mark owned this property I was paying $500 for my one bedroom duplex. it's small, but it's my home. since HS took over , my rent is now $590 (they charge me $15 per month because I have a little dog. she's blind. no eyes) . I just think it's ridiculous

HS Property's staff are awesome. Sonya, the property manager, and Sarah they are both nice and understanding. I live at evergreen apartments they are owned by hs property management... and the apartments are really nice and roomy I been living here for close to a year now. I have had no problems, everybody is nice, the maintenance keeps up with the property....the only thing I think 5lthey should add is a play area for the kids that live here in the community like a slide swing set money bars..other then that i love it here

I’m am, admittedly, in a rough situation that is not of my doing and has me physically in danger due to my living arrangement and trying to find a new home for myself that is safe. I have always opened with the full situation, my own ways I am overcoming the situation and what ways I have around obstacles I am facing. I have spoken to several local property managers and landlords about the situation I am in. This was the first one that wouldn’t even listen to my whole story before they said they had no interest in working with me. I understand this is a business but it is easy to see I am not a bad investment, just in a bad situation. These people didn’t want to even hear it.
