I've been with hudson for 30 plus from being on my parents car insurance when i started driving to when i went out on my own and got my own car insurance and then house owners. They have been on the ball with claims and always so helpful. But several months ago there was a lady worked in there that was so rude and hateful whenever i would come in i stated to just leave when i saw she was working up front. I had seriously thought about leaving and going else where due to her attitude. But she no longer there i don't know if she went to other office on 58 or terminated but so glad i no longer have to deal with her. I don't think i could have dealt with her rude hateful comments after i lost everything i owned in a house fire recently. The owner had called several times along with the insurance company checking on us after the fire. He really does care about his customers.

Been with this company over 20 years and the 2 great ladies that use to work there would have Never Treated Me the way I was treated these past 2 weeks..Hudson will never get anymore of my business or Recommendations to others.. They are Sorry as a Broker..need to be Reported ..THEY MAKE ME SICK TO MY STOMACH

I was borrowing my moms car who lives in SO Boston and pays these people to be rude, hateful, uncompasxionate amd liars!!!!!!
I was in a serious 4 car pile up in Raleigh today that was frightening.
I call Hudson and am greeted by a rude person named Blair who treated me like it was none of her concern. Just because I was not at fault, I needed lots of help, but the office staff a Hudson did not want to do their jobs and help me! Is t that why customers pay premiums? I was told to handle it on my own until I told Blair what Raleigh Police told me to do. She continued to lack compassion and acted like she was annoyed to have to basically do her job. Eventually all of her initial comments to me were completely false. Finally I was told the owner did not take calls or give out his number. Some owner. Mom will be going back to Eric Arthur at Nationwide! I suggest all of you do the same unless you want more trauma after a serious pile up with 7 police officers on scene, 2 fire engines and 3 EMT vans, steeet closed. Horrible entirely made worse by the lazy staff at Hudson. Istomer service means “serve the customer” and do not try to get rid of them because you are too la y to do your job! It took Eeri Corporate to tell all the truth in this! Not these unfit staff in So Boston. Run from this place, because if you are ever in a serious accident, and it is not your fault, they will just try to get rid of you and make you feel lost!
