My water was turned off at 8am and not restored until 7:30pm. Hudson Management did not give me any notification. The manager at Hudson was incredibly inconsiderate and no apology was given.

What can I say about this management company except that they do not take any of my concerns seriously and whenever I speak with the main property manager for my area, Chesa, nothing ever gets resolved. For example, when the exterior of our buildings were being painted, they occupied my parking space and did not even inform me. When I brought up this issue, they did issue me a guest spot to use in the meantime but they gave me no warning beforehand. They put up a sign on the spot saying it is reserved for me but people kept parking there. I asked management to do something about it and Chesa responded with "well what do you want me to do about it? There's already a sign up". I brought up the issue again later on because people continued taking my spot and she responded with "whenever I stop by property, I only ever see your car parked there". She stops by the property once a month...
They do a fine job with keeping the property looking clean but god forbid there's an issue that affects you personally.
This is my home, I live here, and the fact that I PAY ridiculous monthly dues to these people should mean that issues I have should be taken seriously

One star is only for the receptionist for being helpful. Meghan is responsible for our rental property of course she says she’s good responding to emails. Well it’s been over a month and still no reply. Always say that all communication has to be through email or phone ! How if they don’t respond. It sucks that they can’t help the renters in such a timely matter shes so cold in all aspects, since shes not the one dealing with problems it really does not matter to them. I asked to speak to a superior contact person and was denied that information as well. Overall very bad services.

Samantha has been a competent and able manager. She is always prepared at board meetings and is ready to do the research and groundwork to take care of projects at Sunrise Condominiums.

Unfortunate that you can't give zero stars. Megan is the most inept person I have ever dealt with. She and the rest of the team at Hudson are very wasteful with the funds that the HOA provide them. Things are broken and not addressed in a timely manner, but watch out she is quick as can be when sending inane violation notices and expects them to be answered immediately. Do not hire these people ever, they suck majorly.

Bad communication, property damage no enough employees for landscaping, pool is not chairs and umbrellas, prices increase crazy every year .

This company is by far the worst company I have interacted with in any capacity in my life. I am an owner in one of the buildings that they manage. They are highly disrespectful in email and phone conversations and they never provide requested information in a prompt and timely manner. They waste the HOA funds and hire incompetent service people. If you are looking for a property management company, do not look here, in fact run away.

This property management company has very slow response times, if they respond at all! They are not onsite and don't have a clue about what is going on in the community and the property owners get over looked. I send them emails, I sent them pictures of numerous violations to no avail. The neighbors do what they want, the buildings are in need of a serious paint job. I have dealt with many Property Management Companies, but they are the worst. I highly do not recommend Hudson.
