I own the auto policy last over 2 years and Allstate increased my premium consistently on every 6 mo renewal for 2 cars owned. On last renewal for Dec 22 -Jun 23, Lexus was $1.02/day+0.09/mile, and Nissan was $1.17/day+$0.08/mile. During this period, on March 21, 2023, I sold Lexus. Allstate then revised my premium for my only Nissan to $1.55/day+$0.154/mile, a 32% increase for daily, and 93% increase for mileage rate. Surprisingly, my overall premium is now higher than it was with 2 cars. Logically it does not make sense, but Allstate did it. Additionally, they should stand with the contract rate at least until June 23 already committed for one or 2 cars.
