Not communicative, don’t have any way to reach them after office hours, they told us with like a week notice that the power would be off all day on a Monday, 7am- 7pm. No explanation as to why. I obviously have perishable items in the fridge and freezer that I couldn’t eat or use before the week was up that went bad. I hung out in a coffee shop all day to get WiFi and warmth, expecting okay if I get back around 8 the power will be on again. Got home and it was still off. It’s cold in SF and they have extremely thin walls and windows in this building so it’s extremely cold in the house. I also have endometriosis and desperately rely on a heating pad when cramping, obviously that needs electricity. The heat in the house doesn’t even work right now because it’s connected to the electricity. It is now 10am the next day and power still off, no one answering emails, no one called me back. They also took weeks when they first took over at this property to fix the washer, poor communication then too, nothing offered for any of this in the way of compensating us. I don’t have money to spend for other accommodations, having to buy new groceries, meals out, etc.

Do not recommend.
