Pay attention to your account because someone at this office is back dating and moving other transactions on the account, and when I go into office and question this it's like they say it's because of the weekend and and it was a Monday and I watched the transaction go through but Tuesday someone moved other transactions on my account!!! Make sure your purchase date line up with the same date you purchased, because someone is moving other purchases in the date you have purchased something and putting in something else and saying your purchase is still pending when infact at went through

The worst bank ever. I signed up for a certain checking account and paid a monthly fee to have certain perks of the account. I go to use those perks then they all of the sudden aren’t available. My local branch has two ATMs they are down or out of service at least 4 out of 7 days. Part of my perk was I get three free non HB atm transactions per cycle but I get charged bc I have to use other ATMs bc theirs never works. I go to take in charge to cash it Ava they won’t take it unless it’s rolled. What bank doesn’t have a center?! The times I’ve called the girl always says “it the computer that did this or that…: nothing ever gets resolved. By far the worst bank I’ve ever had.

Huntington national bank I live in huntington wv why is it every time I try to use your atms in huntington wv and barboursville wv there always down can not withdraw money or make deposits. 8 out of 10 Times there down. I always have to use chases atms. What's going on ? Are you guys Insolvent? Please fix the issues!

Worst bank on the planet! They deposited my checks into someone else's account for about a month! A few thousand dollars worth of bounced checks and all they would do is put the money back into my account. They made me do all the running to each place i had a bad check. They would not pay the fees associated with the bad check either. They could never get my account straight from day one. My account was viewed as less than a year old account for 6-7 years. Bank president was an idiot.

Terrible customer service. Still supposedly waiting on forms to be mailed to myself to purchase land that's connected to mine. Which I must say most mail takes 3 months to arrive to an address here close to Huntington, I assume this form is being delivered from china on a paddle boat.. I have tried many times with no success of my concerns to no avail, even the branch manager has failed to contact me when I have left messages with my concerns,,,,
WARNING to anyone going to purchase land and need a loan do not use this bank

Slow,slow,slow!Drive thru is the slowest ever!! Inside is no better. I have 1 hr lunch break and it's not enough time to cash my check and eat my lunch. It's like this every time. I tried to go after work instead of on my lunch break thinking maybe every one goes on their lunch break and that's why it's so slow.....nah same thing.

22 days to get a lien release on a truck I've had paid for for 8 months! Traded my truck and dealership is calling saying I may have to pay them back for trade because they can't get a Lien release! I'm sick!!!
