As far as landlords go, they are one of the best. There are many management companies out there and it is easy for them to take advantage because we don't have many rights as tenants or know the industry like they do. My unit was very clean, well maintained. Melodie (my leasing manager) was very detailed and easy to reach. Communication was clear. You are notified when there are emergencies and you get a prompt response when you have questions. They are fair with returning your deposit as well (make sure you are very detailed on your move-in inspection). They have to deal with a multitude of concerns, but I feel like they try their best and they try to do what is right. I am giving this review as someone who no longer lives there. I had to leave early and pay an early termination fee (everything was in the lease). I did have some concerns and discrepancies with Cynthia (the person you reach in the office) which I was able to address and she seemed much more professional and courteous during our last interaction. This change made me believe the company as a whole values their service, properties, tenants, reputation and care enough to listen and make improvements. I wish some things could have went better, but ultimately I felt valued. I would highly recommend staying at any of their properties...if you're lucky enough to find a vacancy 😊

Myren was very professional doing the work. Originally the work order was simply for the lights in the kitchen, but he decided to tackled also the work order that was put in today for the clogged kitchen sink. Both things got done ✔️ in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks Myren 👍🏻

Myren was very helpful fixing a tile in the bathroom for me. He made it a very quick and painless experience fixing the tile, and even went above and beyond, giving me great advice for places to go/things to see in San Diego since I just moved here. It all went as smoothly as possible!

I’d like to give a shoutout to Myren! He recently serviced my apartment due to a garbage disposal issue I was having. He was prompt and personable, and updated me on EVERYTHING! He even went above and beyond to solving my issue, replacing and testing components, and all within a hour!! Hats off to this man, he’s a hard worker with ample knowledge on what he does !

The blinds covering the bedroom window near the cathedral ceiling fell down. I put in a request yesterday to have the blinds installed. This morning, November 11th at 11am, a technician named Myren came with a ladder and within 5 minutes installed the blinds.

After that, he asked me if there was anything else that needed to be fixed. Yes, the toilet chain sometimes gets stuck. Within 5 minutes, this problem was resolved.
After that, Myren fixed the kitchen drawer that wasn't working
and fixed the mosquito screen on the kitchen window.

Myron, you did an excellent job and also saved me from having to make 3 more maintenance requests.
