My first time coming to this location and if you want to receive service BEYOND EXCELLENCE, this is the Bank for you. I have been Blessed to have Carla for my Bank Teller. The approach to her counter you just feel appreciated. Carla us knowledgeable, caring, kind, thoughtful, great listener, determined to resolve any issues and very patient. I had multiple transactions and she took care of each one making sure before I left all my needs were met. Infirst Bank made the most valuable decision in hiring her. Carla has all the qualities of being a Manager because every employee would strive daily to provide the customer service that Carla provides. They have moved to another location next to 5 Below. Listen to Google Directions; they are correct. I didn't know they had moved to a small location. Very friendly atmosphere, you can get caught up in the abience and forget to complete your deposit ticket...LOL! All in all, a nice place to dash in if you ever need to. Thank you.

Manager is a remarkable and credible woman who is incredibly passionate and kind. When I'm in need, they listen, don't pass judgment, and go above and above to assist me. I've read through a few of the reviews of the credit union on Google, and I can say that in the past, I have had some serious problems with the way I was treated by people who worked for the FCU; but over the past couple of years (I'm writing this in late June of 2024), the folks at the credit union have been a lot more helpful and caring. I think having the members of the FCU vote against the proposed merger that managers and the FCU board backed woke some people up and forced them to realize that folks who use credit unions use them because they expect good service from their bankers. I haven't tried to get a loan from the FCU since that time, and I haven't really needed much from the FCU over the past couple of years, but I have called for help a few times, and I have met with people who made sure they helped me get done what I needed to get done in the calls.

I’ve not had any issues with them. They financed both of my cars with no problems. I invited family members to join also. Haven’t heard that they’ve had any issues since joining.

I visited this bank as a member of another credit union in the CO-OP Shared Network, and I was extremely impressed by the service I received. I never thought I'd write a review for a bank, but this is the best service I've ever received in one. I called beforehand and a representative quickly responded to me, and as soon I stepped into the building I was directed to a teller for assistance. The transaction couldn't have been easier. Thank you!

UPDATE: After I posted this review on 6/9/2022, "conveniently" my INFIRST FCU APP on my phone stopped working, too. Won't allow me access to my account through the app claiming I have another app in my phone capable of pulling my info. I'm "sure" that app just happened to be detected right after I left my 1 star review.

I have been with this credit union for approximately 30 years, probably more.
Have not once ever been approved for a mortgage or home equity program through them ... Not Once.

In my personal experience with this credit union, these folks are prejudice against single female individuals.
If this is you and you're looking for ANY mortgage or home improvement loans, go elsewhere. You will be denied. Doesn't matter your score, either.
They never return calls to advise about loan status, either, you have to waste time calling several times to ask to be told "it is still in review" after several days.
They, also, placate you by asking for more information only to deny the loan each time.

I hate this FCU, actually have hated them for a long time. Once my car is paid off, I'm closing the account forever.
