My son lived in one of their very spacious one bedroom apartments on Prince George Drive. The application process was simple and quick. At move in the apartment was clean and ready for him to move in. The property was always clean and well lit at night and felt safe. He never had any issues with bugs or other insects in his apartment. He only had one maintenance issue while he lived there and it was taken care of quickly. The ladies in the office were always helpful and professional. I would and have recommended Ingram to several people. If we are ever looking for a place to rent again they will be the first place we check availability.

Worst experience ever as a renter. They will try and take every dime you have. Don’t even bother taking them to court. They know all of the judges and deputies in the courthouse because they are in there all the time taking tenants hard earned money. This company needs to be under investigation. I feel sorry for the people who rent in Hopewell because this company is basically all people have to choose from in that area. You may be getting away with all that you're doing now to get over on people, but trust that won't last forever. They'll charge you for the most ridiculous of things. Saying things were broken when they clearly were not, having people physically go through your trash when you move out, saying that the walls are dirty and charging tenants for repainting when YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO paint in-between tenants ANYWAY, etc. They'll charge people if they breathe too loud. It's a serious learning lesson and I hope others take heed because this company is not for everyone. Some people may like getting taken advantage of, but not me. DO BETTER INGRAM, but that's something y'all probably don't even know how to do. 🙄

My mother is trying to relocate to Virginia to be near me and I was being a liasion for her. She was trying to rent an apartment from them for $800. With SSA and widow benefits from the military she qualified for 3x the amount not even including her job which is going to let her work remotely. She has been denied twice because they found a "better candidate". One of those apartments was on their website for over 3 months. They took 2 weeks each time to review the apartment application and only hold your application for 30 days. So her 30 days are up. I was only contacted after I reached out to them, which is very unprofessional.

I visited the website looking for rental property. The site was easy to navigate, and I found the little they had to offer in the way of rentals. My friend called trying to make an appointment to go look at one place and was refused. Told to watch the virtual tour and, if interested, submit an application. I guess if you have to rent, you aren't worth their time. Funny, there must be money in rentals, or they wouldn't manage them. One would think they would treat people better. I refuse to use anyone from this agency for a home purchase or rental for this reason.

I thought they were going to be nothing but trouble when they took over the property I reside at. However, they have been nothing but a blessing. Any issues get solved immediately and there have been many times they have worked with me on my rental payments during struggling times. Just make sure the lines of communication are always 100%. I actually love them way more than my previous property manager who let the place get so bad due to non fixtures or cheap workers. Thank you Ingram. Special shot out to Mikalah.

I was very pleased with my experience with Ingram & Associates. I was looking for a house for rent and they went above and beyond. The process was smooth and I appreciated it. There is a manager there, I believe her name is Ms. Scott, who goes above and beyond and she has been so helpful and wonderful.

Went in to rent a house. Had printed paystubs, ID, application fee and etc. They declined my application due to not having my W2s from previous year. I kept giving them the company I work for to verify income, also told them I could print my last pay stub with year-to- date amount. Even asked if I could pay 6 month lease out and was told I'll have pay 12 months in full. ( Even though website stated 6 month lease). I was looking like what the income from last year got to do with this year?. I had previously rented from them and had a okay experience so I thought let me check them out again.
Im glad I didn't. I was able to find a house that have same amount of bedrooms, better yard, and closer to facilities for less per month. I don't think they treated me fair in that situation. I give them a 1 star.

First requested 2 recent paystubs then needs 3 months at same job. Waited till 3 months of paystubs to apply again, now they requested previous years w2 . after this they rejected again due to w2 from previous doesnt match the paystub now. so i can't relocate for a new job never experience this kind of policy from any apartment rental, shouldve been transparent from the beginning not come up with new requirements . horrible service
