I noticed a negative review on here when I searched Tammy's number to call her back for an insurance question that I had. Tammy, Jessica and Tammy's team are legit amazing! They work very hard to take care of their clients. I've had numerous questions over the years and needed help. Name another agent who will be on the phone at 8pm with my wife and I to go over our options after a tough situation. Tammy did it. Anyone would be blessed to have her as their agent. I'm never changing agents. Tammy and her team will have my family and I as clients as long as they remain in business.

Tammy and her team did absolutely nothing but waste my time.

I wish I could give negative stars. I called 5/24/24 at around 2:45PM to remove a vehicle off my policy and add a vehicle I just bought. I needed the policy to start 5/24/24 per my lien holder. I also needed the proof of insurance emailed to them this day.

I was told they would email this to them and that they would email me my new ID cards.

Hours later, nothing. They were closed at this point, so I chatted with a Progressive Live Chat agent to find out Tammy and her Team did absolutely nothing despite me saying I needed these items today.

Chicona, the live agent I was talking to, was amazing! They were able to do everything Tammy and her team couldn’t and didn’t do.

I’ve already begun the process of requesting a new agent.

She will give you the facts straight and give you her honest opinion on all facets of the business, never leaving you feel like your on your own to make important decisions. When Tammy says she will take care of something, we never second guess or have to follow up with her, she is ALWAYS on it. That level of trust and reliability is second to none. Another important factor with Tammy, is she is so responsive! Very easy to get ahold of and will return a call or email so quickly.

Needless to say, we highly recommend Tammy. You wont need another insurance agent.

Tammy is incredible. If you let her review your insurance, chances are you'll get more coverage for the same amount or less. I've referred numerous friends and clients to her, and everyone has had a similar experience. Also, she actually reviews your coverage at least annually. You probably have no idea what risks you're taking with your current coverage. You owe it to yourself to give her a chance.
