Mary is so wonderful. She understands what each customer is looking for and treats them like family. She is very knowledgeable and efficient as well. I was probably her last call of the night, and she told me to tell my mom hi. When I told her it was my mom’s birthday, she said she’d make one more call for the night. My mom later confirmed that Mary did call to wish her a happy birthday. Even though I don’t live in Milwaukee anymore, I continue to use the Insurance Center of Milwaukee because of their customer care.
