One of the best if not the Best, professional and personal service i have had with an insurance company. I was able to get my questions answered on a Saturday. I have a construction company, and my COI are promptly processed. Maria Rodriguez, goes above and beyond and is very knowledgeable. Our company got better coverage for a great price. Would highly recommend.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst Service you could receive. If you have a business don't bother working with them. The lack of knowledge is disappointing. Just make sure to request certificates 3 weeks prior to needing them, otherwise you will lose projects and opportunities. I miss NIna, Karen and Melisa. They knew what they were doing and responded to inquiries almost immediately. So sad my policy got transferred to them. You call and all they do is transfer you to voice mails. And whoever answers don't have a clue of anything. Thumbs down!
