They are very professional in every way that I had been dealing with them in the past and present. Tyler Hansen is a Commercial Property Supervisor that I have worked with since 2018. My name is Brian and I am a specialty contractor who in 2020, did work for Investec Real Estate (based in Santa Barbara, CA). They hired us to restore the parking lot lighting at one of their Ventura County properties to ensure every aspect of the facility looked its best. Lightpoles are the first thing people see when they enter a parking lot, and when they look dilapidated, the aesthetics of the entire property suffer. The fact Investec had us restore their parking lot lightpoles before they became dilapidated says a lot about them. I have found such care and attention to the details is a rare thing these days. This was my first experience working for them. The reality is everybody treats a client, or a potential client, with a ton of respect, professionalism and responsiveness. Judging the value and worth of a potential vendor or real estate manager on these parameters is worthless. The true measure should be on how they treat the people who work for them. I found every person with whom we interacted at Investec to be polite, respectful, professional and responsive. As their vendor, the fact they paid me on time without me having to pester them tells me everything I need to know about them. I am a small business, easily hurt by late payments, and easily squashed by those with more influence, money, etc. Being paid on time means everything. I cannot attest to how they treat their clients. I do know they treat their vendors exceptionally. Therefore, I can only imagine how nice it would be to be one of their clients.
