IA has done a wonderful job at welcoming us since we became tenants in April. As we spent months preparing to open our business, they were so incredibly helpful and supportive. They made the process so easy and welcomed us so kindly. Maintenance has always been super receptive and responsive as well. On top of it, our team of 25 employees loves the fun events they put on regularly including Food Trunk Thursdays, Ice Cream Socials, BBQs, movie nights, and fun contests! I would recommend IA to anyone!

I rent from one of their Madison apartments, and they are very good landlords. Their maintenance people are quick to respond and very nice. The office staff are very communicative and try to encourage a real neighborhood feeling.

My work also is located in one of their buildings and they are an equally good caretaker for their commercial properties.
