Ivy was absolutely wonderful when we went through the house hunting process! We had a particularly difficult situation as I was stationed overseas while my husband was stationed here. Even with the difficulty of communication due to the 14 hour time difference Ivy was very engaged and responsive! We had a very difficult time in the market as we had put in a multitude of offers before finally being accepted into the house we now call home. Ivy definitely went out of her way to ensure we were well taken care of and even continues to reach out over ten months later. She has certainly made us feel more like friends than just a typical customer. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an attentive and caring agent.

Ivy has been fantastic to work with. With regards to real estate, she is exceptionally dedicated to her clients in seeing them through the entire (oftentimes daunting) process of purchasing a home, but more importantly I making sure that her clients find the RIGHT home for them.

I have also been privileged to work with Ivy outside of real estate through both church and especially through the soup kitchen I run, where she is a regular volunteer. Words cannot describe how wonderful of an experience my family had with Ivy. We were selling our home from a distance, which added to our stress, but Ivy made it absolutely painless. She secured an above-asking price offer for us before our house had even hit the market. She walked us through every step. When we had issues with our boiler, she came and checked on the house DAILY to make sure everything was alright. If I were to ever purchase or sell property in Alaska again, Ivy would be the first person I would go to!

I got referred to Ivy at Cyclic properties,
By a great friend who had gotten an awesome house through her!
I had a great experience, from the beginning Ivy ask the right questions and got us moving in the right direction.
And the adventure started!
Within a short time Ivy , had a list of places for us to go look at. None of those worked.
Ivy had good knowledge on the places that we looked at and we discussed lots of options with them,she was very knowledgeable.
She then found a place that was a dream come true! Had everything I was looking for and then some!!
This was a great buying experience and I look forward to doing it again soon!!

I’m so glad I worked with Ivy to buy my home in Fairbanks. I moved here for work from North Carolina and I wanted to buy a home remotely before arriving. Ivy made the process smooth. She coordinated video showings that were so detailed, I felt like I was there seeing the home. She even told me about odors! She was very patient about showing me a wide range of homes while I debated about what type of place I even wanted. She also helped talk me through each of the neighborhoods and their pros and cons. She is so knowledgeable about these homes and did an excellent job of explaining the way things are different in this climate. Finally, while some of the details of closing became tricky for me, she was a calm helpful guide. She also went out of her way to make sure the house was ready for my arrival. Now that I am in my home, I’m thrilled with how it all turned out. I will definitely work with Ivy again!
