This guy is the most worthless sob on the planet. My grandparents were selling their old house to him and he was renting it out to people who didnt care and he didn't care either. Every month he said there was $100 dollors worth of repairs. They had that as a cap for what he could take out of the payment for that. None of which were done. He always had an excuse for not having the payment on time. My grandpa was about to pull the contract and take it back before he passed because he was well behind on payments and wasn't letting them have a walk through. Which was in the contract. Sadly he passed before then. After he would call or answer my grandma. She pulled the contact to find that not only was he almost a year behind when it was all said and done but the house was completely unliveable. The repairs would have set her back over $20,000. Fortunately i was looking for a fixer upper for my first house. Otherwise the house they pored their blood sweat and tears into rebuilding would have been condemned and tore down. I've had it for a year working on it almost every weekend and its just now liveable. I hope with everything i have he is out closed now. If not DO NOT RENT FROM OR THROUGH THIS COMPANY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!! He'll take the shirt of your back then demand your shoes

Horrible company!! Our house was trashed by the tenants and the management company and we're still left waiting for rent that was never collected from our renters. Way to take care of property!
