I have been with this company for many years now and Lee and Laura James have always been amazing to work with! I recently had an issue that would have been way more stressful had it not been for Mr James helping me through it! I was able to message him right when I realized the problem and he worked for days to help me get it resolved in the best way possible and as fast as possible! This began on a Sunday and he didn’t hesitate to start working on it even though it was a weekend. I felt so bad to reach out on a weekend but he assured me multiple times that he was happy to help! I could not imagine being with another company! Thank you Lee and Laura for providing such amazing service to our community and my family!

I have been with this agency for 20 years. I had many events over time including a fire and a robbery and the death of my husband In all of life’s challenges he and Laura James have had my back. Me. Lee has been an absolute delight with my family! Any time we have had some issue he was respectful, down to earth, and handled what my family and I couldn’t!
