After so many years with employer paid health care , I was so worried about switching to Medicare, picking the wrong supplemental plan, paying more than I should, getting stuck in something not right for me…Luckily, by chance, someone recommended Janis. I met with her today and what a game changer. She took time to explain all available plans regardless if I was considering them or not, to be sure I had all the information. She walked me through all the plans, the options, why some offered more than others and what they each cost and even when I should reevaluate. She explained why it made sense to pay more for some plans but not others. She went through the list of my favorite doctors to be sure they were all in-network, she verified my one prescription was covered, and where I could get it cheaper while using the plan…I walked out with a folder full of information, a supplement plan that I’m very happy with and even some homework as I still have to decide on a dental plan. She is patient, super sweet, extremely knowledgeable, and full of information . She took the time to get to know me and what I was comfortable with. Never rushed me and by the time she was done, she had already covered my list of questions I had come in with. I wish there were more than 5 stars to rate her! Highly recommend her. 😁
