My family and I recently lost everything in the Eaton Fire in LA. Thanks to Jay and his team we didn't have to worry about our totaled car becoming a liability. Jay brought a much-needed empathic approach in a time when we were navigating many automated services and talking to call center people reading from scripts. I am very grateful for his help. We've always received excellent service from State Farm. We were recently in Hawaii where our daughter goes to college and had a few important questions about purchasing a used car. State Farm got right back to us and helped us through the zany used car buying process. I'd recommend them to anyone! Liz Rogers has always been professional, courteous and so helpful!

Jay took the time to deeply explore each of my policies with me - home, auto, and earthquake. Using information I always had available, that my previous agent had not asked for or used, Jay was able to find discounts on auto, home, and earthquake policies, that added up to a considerable amount. I felt I finally had an energetic insurance agent, who was conversant with all the fine points of available coverages, and could present me with the information to make beneficial adjustments, in an easy and comprehensible way.
