I have had a wonderful experience working with the entire office. Not only did I get my monthly car insurance cut in half (same coverage), they also helped me set up a home policy on our first home. I loved that they took the time to walk me through the process and answered all the questions I had.

We recently had a worse case scenario and totaled one of our cars, the nice one of course. With the coverage they recommended we were able to get a new car and our medical costs were covered.

Couldn't have asked for better service, I highly recommend Jayne Fidei and her team!

Setting up policy as a new customer was very simple, easy and quick. Not a ton of questions.

I have dealt with Sunny a couple times and she is wonderful to deal with. She is very friendly and is thorough. Doesn’t rush you through the process. She answers all questions and explained their products.

I really do enjoy the wonderful relationship I really would like to hv with these employees u hv !! There wonderfulness in customer relations is very kind n sweet n honorable to your company !!! It has nothing to do with these employees I just needed a lower price for the same comparison that state farm has offered me n that's the only reason I went with them !!! Plus I hvnt gotten my bk home wall foundation repaired yet because these ones r lazy around this area up here!!! Lol ...but I hope to come bk later for my insurance policies in the future!!! BUT THESE ONES THAT HAS HELPPED ME IN THE PAST YR OR MORE WAS WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES!!! Love to meet them in person°°°!!! 😆

I have been with this group for almost two years now. They are wonderful. I found an insurance rate that is 1/3 less than what they are charging. They understood why I was leaving. They are going to reassess in six months to see if they can match the rate. If they can, I will be going back.
