Been with Allstate a couple of years and they substantially increased my premiums after a denied claim on my homeowners. When an insurance company denies their responsibility and increasing your premiums it is time to move on. Moved all my insurance to different company and my homeowners is back to a normal premium again. I am very disappointed with Allstate.

Jennifer and her staff is amazing! I love dealing with the agency, when I call they know who I am and If I ask a question and they are not sure of the answer they call me back in a timely manner. I am offered policy reviews when my policies renew and I get an email when those policies are getting to renew to let me know about possible discounts that I am missing out on.
