I have been in a business relationship with these guys since they started this company. I have been fortunate to help with consulting on project designs when a home needs remodeling or a little TLC. They really care about the tenants ultimate experience. They are not afraid to spend more for a good quality product that will last longer for their tenants. They are easy to work with and pay in a timely manner. I look forward to a continued business relationship with these guys. Highly recommend!

Good luck working things out. They were great to get into the property with, we took it over from a friend. But it was downhill from there. They won't fix things, at least not correctly. We lived there over 2 years and kept sending things about floor, and shower tiles being cracked, to which we had at least 4 people come out and never show back up. Moving out is a whole other beast, they changed the locks on us once we told them we were moving, then charged clean up for what was left since we couldn't go back because of their doing. We're still dealing with them about our deposit, to which they are less than professional about.

As seen in reply, they have acted less than professional. We gave you a heads up we were moving to which you angrily said not without 30 days notice, which we gave you when we had dates. We could have said nothing as you are falsely claiming. We did pay you late the last month, my apologies. We did not abandon the property though. We had our utilities turned off a few weeks after letting you know we were leaving. And we were under no contract, even though we asked about renewal. I would have loved to come clean everything up as intended had you not angrily locked us out less than 2 weeks after receiving our notice we would be moving and locked my belongings inside. I am disappointed in how the situation unfolded on your behalf, not angry. The reason for 1 start review is seeing how you would treat people after you are done with them, I wouldn't recommend to others. I'm glad you at least did not deny some of the problems on your end outright though, and hope in the future business is practiced better.
