Hi, just dropping by to say thank you for being such a great place to rent to. We have been living here for about 5 years and have had no issues with them. The times that we have called to fix something they have been very professional and nice. Thank you for thinking of our children, too. Having the playground outside is a blessing it’s not far and it’s pretty big. My kids enjoy it and we get to sit and watch them play. ❤️

I have lived in these apartments for over a decade and it is one of the best homes for my family. It is very peaceful and they have very lovely staff. Haley the manager is such a good and admirable person. If you have any problems in your home, she is very quick into solving them. Great services! I recommend Jimani Rentals to rent. Excellent!

I rent an apartment managed by Jimani. I've lived here for just over two years, and it's really a nice place. The management company is wonderful. Whenever I have a problem, they get it fixed asap. The rent is affordable. Also they've recently begun remodeling both the exterior, and interior, of the apartments. My neighbors are all nice as well, no bad company around. It's a nice quiet place for my family.

My family has been with Jimani rentals for over 18+ years and we LOVE it here! The management is amazing, any problems they make sure to be there asap to fix it. They take care of the lawn as well which we love! We highly recommend renting here, they have different complexes around the area as well! I'm a new renter here at Jimani, and have been satisfied with how quick maintenance works to getting any issue fixed. Communication is great with the manager Haley. She's awesome.
Jimani takes care of lawn maintenance around the apartments and also helps with pest control, air filter replacements and fire alarm checks.
10/10 recommend rentals from Jimani.

Me and my husband have been living in our home now for almost 6 months and have absolutely loved it! The manager is super friendly and happy to help or answer any questions. The office is super responsive & the communication between office and residents is the best we have found in NWA. The neighborhood is simple and very nice. our home is wonderful, and we feel safe. Can not recommend them enough!!

I’ve rented from Jimani for almost 6 years now, and I’ve been very happy. They respond to requests in a timely manner, they’re always friendly when I call, and they’ve been doing a lot of nice upgrades lately. New roofs, driveway expansions, etc. I hope to continue renting from them for a long time!
