I have really had a great experience since I got my car and rental insurance here. They all are very professional and courteous whenever I have had a question. I feel they really care about their clients and go the extra step to help you feel comfortable with deciding to go with them on insurance.
I really like the fact they keep you informed on what is coming up good or bad news on your policy. They are always willing to help keep cost down for you and get the best coverage and rate.

I've had a great experience working with Joe and his team. I have two homes, two vehicles, and an umbrella policy with them. In particular, Kelsey Newsom has been very helpul in checking in with me on my insurance needs, keeping me updated on policy changes, and working with me before each auto renewal to ensure I'm getting the fairest deal. This is an update on my review below from a couple years back when we switched to State farm. It has been a fabulous experience working with Joe and his team. More recently we had the chance to chat with Kelsey who was also very knowledgeable and helpful. In fact, the communication was around a premium decrease which was very welcome. There had been rate increases in the past couple of years but that was due to overall factors across insurance industry, versus our previous carrier who raised rates on us with absolutely no logical explanation. In addition, we had a small claim around damage caused due to a PGE power outage and State Farm had been extremely helpful with that as well. Highly recommend State Farm!
