Today she helped me do something that I was dreading, getting my claim related receipts to my State Farm Adjuster in a timely manner. I was very concerned about this because as an Altadena fire evacuee all my computer gear was packed away. So I was very relieved at how quickly and easily Diana simplified this whole process for me. I was told by State Farm that I was required to add a person to my policy that was not in my household. I advised that they have their own insurance with AAA and that they were insured. I asked how much more it would be if I added the other driver and I was told an additional 6.00 a month. I agreed the cost wasn’t much. Come my bill and it’s up 136.00 I called and asked and was told something totally different and now my bill has gone up and I’m stuck paying. This company is also easy to get rid of long time customer. I called to cancel my policy and they are quick to say goodbye. I have 4 autos with State Farm had a home and life insurance with them and have seen the products not worth it. John Diehl you said you’d make it right doesn’t seem like your trying hard. Not someone I’d want to pay to handle my interest and investments
