We have used John, to sell and purchase properties on two occasions. In our last transaction, John protected us in the way he wrote the contract for both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house. We backed out of a house and could have potentially been homeless; however, John had a clause in the contract that allowed us to cancel the sell. In addition, he did not push us to buy the property we backed out of and was happy to show us other properties after the cancel of the purchase. Our buyers ended up backing out of purchasing our home after we were in contract on our new house. John sold our house faster and for more money the second time. Throughout this process John communicated well with us and always represented our interests. We will always use John for our real estate transactions.

John was incredible in handling a very complex purchase of 2-lots being sold together with a home built in 1910 on it with a garage next to it. His professionalism, expertise, and pro-active work with my lender made what could have been a nightmare actually a positive experience. One of his top strengths in this process was setting proper expectations in both the potential timing, inspections, and work that would need to be done. He also helped handle work with land attorneys and architects to make sure the existing home was safe, and we could do what we wanted in the future on this land.
