We worked with Jori to buy our first house in the Bay Area. Being in the area for long we knew how hard the real estate market was. We were however very fortunate to meet Jori who took away the fear of the unknown.
She had an initial 2 hour call with us to understand what we were looking for .Every week, based on our requirements she would shortlist houses which she thought had the most potential and send them over.If we liked a house she emailed us the disclosures and went through it with us. She also compiled a list of all recent sales in the area to give us an idea of the price the house might sell for.
What sets Jori apart was her high moral ethics. She is not here to make quick bucks. She does not pressurize you to make a decision to buy anything . She does not tell you to bid crazy prices so you get the house. She believed in giving you enough information to make the correct decision . She really wants to get the dream house for the right reasons. She understands the difficulty and pressure the first time home buyers go through.She really is with you all the way.Jori is extremely patient , she is always available via text , email, phone call whatever works. Jori was super patient with our questions and understood our needs. She started by educating us about the area, highlighting points to notice when it comes to an investment home, and providing us with the resources for house hunting. She recommended houses that fit our needs and even planned our day for house viewing. She came with us all the way and gave constructive critiques of the houses. We met Jori early October and had the transaction closed before Thanksgiving. It was way faster and smoother than we expected. During our home search, we noticed Jori had a listed house in Gilroy went pending within 14 days, which was way beating the average days on market. She is THE realtor that you will need no matter you are buying or selling!
