I’ve had a great experience with Juan Carlos Hernandez and his team. My representative Kathya Torres is truly the best, I recommend her to anyone. I had another insurance for the last 6 years and Kathya and her customer service help me decide to switch insurance providers. She was able to help me save money, while meeting my insurance needs. She also let me know about an issue I had and to just go clarify it with the DMV and my insurance premium would be lower.
