Julie has been an absolute joy to work with and we couldn't possibly sing enough praises. We first worked with Julie in 2020. The pandemic had just hit, my husband and I were newlyweds, and we needed to find a home. Julie went above and beyond to advocate for us, listen to our needs and wants, and find us the perfect house. My husband and I are both veterans and used our VA loan to purchase our home. Julie was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. Fast forward three years, we needed to sell our home as I had been offered a new job out of state. Due to the high interest rates, Julie helped us with the decision to let our buyers assume our VA loan so they could have a much lower interest rate and we in turn would receive a much higher payout.
