I've been going to Kim to get my taxes done for about 4 or 5 years since she was trying to franchise a liberty tax service in Santa Cruz and unfortunately failed. As her business started to grow out of her garage so did arrogance. She began to share negative thoughts about other customers and it began to creep me out, so I decided to take my business to someplace a little more professional.

This is the worst tax service. If you want to ruin your tax return then go here.she donot have any knowledge. She only want her fees and that’s it. I
did check the reviews on the Internet for instantly and found there were two of them were negative and one was positive. I thought that maybe the people they didn’t get satisfied that’s why they put adverse reviews. But I was wrong, They don’t have any knowledge and she will put you in audit for 100% sure. even if you still wanna go there go ahead and good luck
