Katie is an amazing realtor. Outside of just being fun to hang out with, she really does her research in the market. Before we were able to find a home to buy, she stayed connected with us regularly to provide us ideas, options, and she was up to date on everything for sale that could work for us. She spent a lot of time finding out exactly what we needed and when we found it, she took us there the same day. Her diligence not only helped us close the deal, it continued to inspire us to keep looking until we found the right home for us. She is well networked with lenders, escrow agents, home inspectors, and contractors. I was so grateful for both her flexibility to let us make decisions, as well as her willingness to give advice when asked. Over the time working with her we became good friends. I cannot recommend Katie Smith enough!

Katie is absolutely AMAZING! She went above and beyond what my husband and I expected as our realtor. Katie was the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. She never gave up on us, spent countless hours doing video tours of homes since we were out of town buyers and she never ever pressured us.
