I’m upset, I cannot get in contact with the adjuster to see if she can let me know the status of my car. When will it be repaired or what they’re going to do. It’s like pulling teeth to get in contact with them. I’ve called many times even left a messages with no call back. The adjuster needs to be in contact with the customer by phone or mail to let them know where we’re at. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I pay my insurance every month. The adjuster could at least keep in contact with me. It’s been 2 months now and nothing. 👎🏾 I’m disappointed with this company. I don’t even know the condition of my car or where it’s located since it was picked up by someone who stated they represented the company. It was a scam. I’m frustrated. I want to know when, where and how long this is going to be. I need my car!!! No kind of communication at all!! 👎🏾👎🏾

Vanessa was amazing! I have custody of my 1 yr old granddaughter and I work from home so being on the phone sometimes is difficult. I was able to change my policy via text exchange and it was so easy and Vanessa was so helpful.

I was involved in an accident that was 100% not my fault. Let's be honest though, insurance employees look out for number 1 first (themselves) and if it benefits them in anyway they will help you out. It's a sad world we live in, it's all just a bunch of bs corporate formalities, and deep down the employees know is bs too because like I said they truly only look out for themselves in order to keep their jobs.

My car got into a hit and run. I assumed that I was being taking care of. Shacura wiley Cruz was my adjuster and she was professional at first had me take pictures and had me choose a shop to go to and everything. But then there was alot of going back and forth about the damages. Even tried to claim that the repairs was from a previous accident which turned out to not be true. After investigation. Then shacura wiley Cruz the adjuster read the wrong estimate or read it wrong. Because the next day the body said they approved it. It took a week and a half. I call to check on the expected time and date of completion. Once they complete the damages. And I'm getting ready to pick up my car , they then tell me that my car is done but they can't release the vehicle because they haven't recieved payment or even a confirmation to pay later. So reversible I've been calling and calling and so on. I get no answer , no reply. I had to go even further to talk to somebody and for them to transfer me to her supervisor. And I can't get a hold of them either. For weeks. I just had a baby. I had to rent a car for 3 weeks . And just had to take it back recently because I couldn't afford the rental anymore assuming my car was done. And it is they can't release it until somebody at kemper confirm there payment for the work that approved to be done. I'm beyond frustrated with this company.

I’ve had this insurance company for six months and I have no complaints against them. I love that you can text a live agent and get any questions answered in minutes. I’m definitely going to continue using them as my vehicles insurance company

At 55 yrs old and having been a licensed driver since I was 16, I have NEVER paid for a windshield replacement. The last company I had was Metropolitan. I guess I better give them a call if this is what companies are doing now.

Hey, wanted to update my review with Kemper auto I’ve now had them for six months. I’m happy with them if I have a question I’d call Amax or camper and they answer it. They do the auto pay or they just take it out and the price for my insurance is very reasonable so I wanted to change my original because I wasn’t sure I never gone throughbroker before but so far so good. I’m very happy with it.

All the reviews are very scary. I just recently inquired camper insurance through Amax insurance or brokers whatever you wanna call them and the last one they gave me aspire was a low rated insurance company now I try not to go by everything on reviews however this is a scary issue. Nobody has had a positive Dealing with Kemper, it really concerns me because I don’t normally have accidents at all however, what fears me is what if I do and this company does the same thing that has to all these other people and all you see

ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS!! and my car still is fixed.
It is impossible to get a hold on anyone. text, email, phone. NO ONE. i finally found approved auto body shop near me. (on the website that is horrible to navigate). i got three bids to fix my damages and they all sent their bids into supplement claims…. CRICKETS NO FOR A MONTH! at the start of this whole ordeal kemper sent me a check for $300 in hopes i would cash the check and that would be the end of it. all of my bids for damages tarred well over $3000 . WHAT A CRAPPY TACTIC. send a cheap check and ghost the person in hopes they get so frustrated with NO CONATCT, they just cash the check! ZERO STARS!!!!!!
