I had the pleasure of working with Glenn at Keyrenter Property for the past 2 1/2 months. Glenn was beyond committed and conscientious in addressing all of our needs. She was in constant touch with us, promptly responding to every request we made. Glenn treated us more like family than clients. She is extremely experienced and her kind, caring attention meant more than words can say. She is a true professional, the gold standard for her industry. We have dealt with many property managers in our years of seasonal rentals in Scottsdale. But never, before have we been treated with more personal, experienced care. Glenn was available to us day and night and we cannot put into words how much her ongoing attention meant to us. She turned our rental unit into a home!

Our experience with Keyrenter Premier has been fantastic. Corinna was beyond helpful with our move in process, willing to help us at the apartment within 15 minutes on a holiday weekend. She had been very responsive with all of our communication ahead of time and helped us out of a bind. It's hard to find a property manager that has the servicing ability of Keyrenter, they are top notch and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to rent here in the Phoenix area.

This review is specifically for a new property manager that joined KeyRenter toward the end of my lease. My first property manager never met me in person nor did a live tour of the property which ultimately within my first month led to a lot of maintenance issues that were not very welcoming for me. Whereas toward the end of my lease, a new property manager named Miasia came on board and was on time, met with me one on one, listened to me even though I let her do her checklist of visual assessments. I was grateful that she took the time to hear me out and give recommendations for the next tenant. She was kind and offered support pertaining to a personal matter that I shared with her. I wish other property managers would have engaged the way she did. She took initiative and was able to do my final walk-through which should be required and I commend her for showing up and doing her job where so many people just skate through it. Thank you M!

Working with Keyrenter has been such a breath of fresh air! From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and super easy. The amount of automation Keyrenter has deployed makes everything seamless...from application through move in and beyond. I'm grateful they've put tools in place that make tenant support and communication quick and fruitful.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience renting from Keyrenter Premier. The lack of timely maintenance and response to urgent issues has been incredibly frustrating.

Air Conditioning: In August, during a period of 118°F heat, we were left without air conditioning for over 5 days.
Refrigerator: We also went without a fridge for more than 5 days, which is unacceptable for any tenant.
Showers: Most recently, both showers in our unit have been out of service since December 21st, and we are still waiting for repairs.
These issues have caused significant discomfort, and the lack of communication and urgency in resolving them is incredibly unprofessional. I am disappointed that despite multiple requests and follow-ups, the necessary repairs have not been made in a reasonable time frame.

I hope this message serves as a reminder to improve the quality of service and prioritize the well-being of your tenants.

I would like to add that your response is invalid. You did not help with any costs. I actually had to file a claim on my renters insurance to cover the cost of a hotel. Thank you though for lying and trying to act like you did something great. Also, you have yet to return my deposit and it’s been over 14 days. *RENTERS BEWARE*
I’m not sure if they’re paying people to review them, but they’re a scam artists.
